I don't see listed in your services what I need to be done, how can I get further information? |

If it is CAD related we will be able to help. If it happens to be something that we cannot assist you with we can direct you to other quality companies that can help you get the job done. For additional information on our services you can direct all questions to or sales department and we will respond within 48 hours. |

Can I recieve other drawing formats other than .dwg or . dwf? |

Yes, we will provide almost any format you are interested in. For .pdf, .plt, or .dxf format there will be a flat fee of five dollars per sheet. |

If I would like to recieve hard copies of each of my drawings what would I need to do? |
A: |
On order standard order form there is a check box to specify hardcopy drawings. There is a two dollar printing charge per sheet. In addition if you choose to have the drawings mailed to you, we will send them via FedEx (Next Business Day) and will bill you for that charge on you invoice statement. |

Do I need to use your other services to have my drawings archived? |

Although it is preferred, we will store your drawings for you at a charge of $1 per megabyte. If you use any of our services we will store them free of charge. |

We will never remove your documents or drawings from our archive. |

The drawings will be stored in the format that they were provided to us. We would rather them be in .dwg, .dwf, .dxf, .plt, or .pdf files but we will store any drawing format. |

You would sent an email to our sales department and we will be happy to help. If you have all the information about the job we will retrieve them for you within 48 hours at no charge. |
