Drawing Conversion
Need to get rid of some of the old, bulky, paper drawings? We would be pleased to help make your document archives into complete electronic files that are easy to find and simple to modify. We can handle any size and any number of drawings for conversion or just scanning.
If you need our scanning services we can come to your office and pick-up the files and convert them to .pdf or .tif files for a small fee per sheet. If you need your drawings redrawn into a CAD format such as .dwg or .dxf we will do that as well. If you need a different drawing format, let us know, I’m sure we will be able to accommodate. We will guarantee our work to be 99% dimensionally accurate.
Once the work is completed we will return the drawings and provide you with the file format from the above choices that you prefer. For no additional charge we can dispose of the hardcopy drawings if you so wish. In addition to providing you with a CD-Rom of the completed work we will also archive them on our server and keep them for life. Once a contract or job has been completed your will receive an access password to our ftp server where we will keep your files for a minimum of 6 months.
With quick production times we are proud to say that almost all deadlines are met ahead of schedule, so that if changes need to be made we can make them with out effecting our contact date.

Cost Saver Pricing Plan
This is our basic service for great quality drawings at a savings. We will scan your drawing(s), redraw them dimensionally accurate, and provide them on our concepts2design title block or on one supplied by you. All layers will be in an AIA format or our companies layer standards, which ever your preference.
This is the ideal solution to convey ideas or to recreate the simplest of drawings. Limited dimensions and text will be provided with this service. (All drawings can only be as accurate as the original documents provided.)
Standard Pricing Plan
This service provides some more flexibility than our Cost Saver Plan. With this plan we will once again scan and redraw the supplied drawings dimensionally accurate. Again you will have your choice of title blocks, between our standard and yours. Layers will be given in an AIA format or our concepts2design layering. Unlike the Cost Saver Plan, all text will be retypes and every dimension will be shown. This plan will represent the drawings provided perfectly.
If you don’t need custom standards applied to your drawings then this is the pricing plan for you. (All drawings can only be as accurate as the original documents provided.)
Extended Pricing Plan
This is our full service plan that can meet all of your company’s standards. We will recreate the drawings provided as well as add any annotations and custom information. If you know how you want the drawings to look we will make it happen. Word for word, line by line, each item will be recreated just the way you want it. You specify the fonts, title blocks, hatching, line types, and just about anything else you may need. (All drawings can only be as accurate as the original documents provided.)
As-Built Services
Have a building or space that you’re looking to get dimensions or information for. Our team is ready to help. We will go where you need us and get you everything you need to start your design.
Starting with the building we’ll take all interior and exterior dimensions needed to redraw the shell and/or the tenant’s space. While onsite we will take detailed photographs from all angles to show the floors, walls, and ceiling as well as any other architectural features or finishes. We will also obtain any information that we can on electrical panels & systems, lighting fixtures, mechanical units, and existing plumbing lines & fixtures.
Once everything onsite has been obtain we will provide detailed CAD drawings of the floor plan(s) with dimensions and an additional plan to indicate where each picture was taken from and in which direction. With complete and accurate drawings, you’re now ready to start your design or tenant improvement.
Charges for this service are $30 per hour for all onsite work and CAD drafting. An additional charge for mileage may also apply. If you would like us to print the photographs taken, there will be an additional $1 per photo charge.
Franchise Development
With our experience in food service and kitchen design we can provide a clear picture of your restaurant or store while still in the design phase. We start with the concept and your restaurants needs to create high quality drawings with color representations of the interior. We will help or choose the interior finishes and companies to work with, and the equipment you will need. After that we will provide cut sheet for all equipment and work out the final details with you or your team. The last step is to provide you with Design Development package that both you and your franchisee can understand and work with. Once we complete the conceptual design we would be glad to design up your store to ensure that you receive consistent and accurate drawings. Our team of designers have been doing kitchen and franchise design since 2002 and we even have a former culinary student on staff that understand how to cook and what you need to do it right. Pricing for this service is based on the size of the store design at a cost of $2 per square foot.
Onsite Production
For short-term CAD productions without hiring new staff or draftspersons consider bringing in one of our quality designers. If you have the workstation and the standards we can bring somebody in to help you get the job done.
This service is only available for jobs expected to be no longer than two weeks worth of production time. For this type of design service pricing is base on an hourly basis at a flat rate of $25 per hour, with a minimum requirement of 20 hours per week. Offsite Production
Need some CAD work done but don’t want to brig in a new employee or new equipment. Consider this service to get your job(s) done. For those large projects or long-term designs think of us as your drafting solution. With as little as 48 hours we can start to work with you to make sure you never miss a deadline. With this service there are no minimum hour requirements and no timelines for our work. Whether the work is for one day or one year, we’re ready to help.

Document Archiving
We now offer a quick and easy way to save room on your company’s server for the project you have currently working. Get rest off of there and let us store and archive them for you. Based on a megabyte per month fee we will be glad to keep them ready for you when the time comes. We back-up our server daily for current jobs and weekly for those long-term storage needs, so you never need to worry about files missing or corrupted. With a simple email we will retrieve and delivery your files back to you within 48 hours and usually within 24.
If we generate your drawings this service is provided at no charge. For general storage of files the charge is $0.25 per megabyte on a monthly basis. As an example for 50 megabytes to be stored for one year it would be a low cost of $150. We do have a minimum of $1 a month for this service.
Custom Standards
Do you need to create a standard CAD package for your company? We’ll set it all up for you. We can create a simple line type for your needs or a full package of menus and tool palettes. CAD Training
If you’ve had trouble in the past with relaying information to your team on standards and methods, maybe it’s time to put it into writing. No matter the difficulty of your custom tools or drawing styles we can put them into a manual specifically for your company’s work and even take time to train your employees. If you have a new employee, we can help get them up to speed without taking away valuable production time from the rest of your staff. Think of us as your on-call CAD Manager. To set up a comprehensive training program please email our sales department and include your expected timeline that you need to have all the information in place. Once that is completed we would spend a few days shadowing and learning your team’s strengths and weaknesses, so that we can understand what you do and what could improve productivity. After we learn all that we can about your company we can put together a series of training classes and manuals that could be taught by your team or ours.
